How fast will my model arrive? We know you’re eager to start your next build or display your new piece! We offer three shipping options across the United States:

Express Shipping (3-6 business days): $20.00 – For the collectors who want it now.

Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $10.00 – Our reliable and balanced delivery choice.

Free Shipping (7-14 business days): $0.00 – Available on qualifying orders for maximum value.
How do you protect the items during shipping? As collectors ourselves, we know the "Box Condition" matters. All Inkvarale orders are packed with extra cushioning (bubble wrap/air pockets) and sturdy outer boxes to ensure your model arrives in pristine condition.
Can I track my order? Absolutely. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your new model's journey.
Product & Quality
Do the models require assembly? This varies by product. We carry both pre-assembled "Display-Ready" models and "DIY Model Kits." Please check the product description for the "Assembly Required" tag.
Are these suitable for children? Most of our products are highly detailed collectible models intended for hobbyists and collectors aged 14+. Please check the age recommendations on each product page for safety.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed items within 30 days of delivery. Due to the collectible nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once the manufacturer's seal has been broken.
